Farm to Table
Providing sustainable, organic produce for your family
Providing sustainable, organic produce for your family

Our farm was founded in 2023 by John Farsang. I've been a mushroom lover since childhood, but recent scientific research on their positive effects on health has encouraged me to feed myself and my environment with fresh, high-quality mushrooms. With more than 15 years of experimentation and lab work behind me, I decided to set up this small experimental farm to keep delicious mushrooms on my table and the tables of those around me.

At Blue Oyster Mushroom Farm, our mission is to provide our customers with the freshest, highest quality products. We want more people to discover the amazing flavors and healing properties of mushrooms, to eat less meat and more mushrooms. Mushrooms are as good a source of protein as animal meat, but no animal has to suffer to eat them. We are committed to sustainable farming practices that protect our land and animals for future generations. We believe that by supporting local agriculture, we can help build stronger and healthier communities.

Blue Oyster Mushroom Farm is run as a family business by people who are passionate about what they do. We work hard every day to ensure that our mushrooms are well cared for and that our produce is healthy and plentiful. We are proud to be part of the local farming community and are always happy to share our knowledge and experience with others.

We are committed to a healthy lifestyle, and we believe that mushrooms are a major contributor to this. We cultivate large quantities of our own bred Cordyceps mushrooms, one of the most excellent and effective medicinal mushrooms.

Have a question or comment? Contact us today and we'll be happy to help. We love hearing from our community and are always looking for ways to improve our farm and our services.
